Our weekly training meetings
There is a weekly Black Shield Meeting. Although it is not mandatory, you are encouraged to attend. First picks of assignments, any perks, gifts, uniform patches, home exercise tips, and other incentives are made available at the meetings.
This is not to make anyone feel like they are not a part of the team. It is an incentive to come together and meet face to face with your coworkers, gain knowledge and prepare for your assignments in the future together.

By attending training, they demonstrate commitment to their duty, enhance team cohesion, and contribute to safer environments for the communities they serve. It’s not just about following protocol—it’s about being the most effective safety professional they can be.
